Bryant has a Courtesy officer on the property from 7:00am until 11:00pm, Monday-Friday. The Courtesty officer is available for after hours escort to vehicles and can be contacted by calling 212-222-2222 (lobby console) or 212-222-2221 (mobile number).

Customer cooperation in advising the Bryant Commercial Real Estate Office of any unusual circumstances, such as a suspicious person on your floor, solicitors, or stolen property is appreciated.

If an emergency arises during daytime hours, please notify the Bryant Commercial Real Estate Office or if you feel threatened call the local authority (911) immediately.

Surveillance Cameras

Bryant is equipped with 30 video surveillance cameras located on levels P1-P5 of the parking garage, exterior perimeter of the building, loading dock corridor and the building lobby that are monitored from the hours of 9 pm-7 am Monday-Friday, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours, offsite by Bryant Monitoring.
