A new addition to Midtown Manhattan, Vermillion Tower is situated at Park Avenue and East 39th Street, standing 38 stories tall and comprising of 1.75 million square feet. The contemporary property is divided into 250,000 square feet of retail space and 1.5 million square feet of office space.
